How do I use FuturePay? Simply select the FuturePay payment option at checkout and you will be transferred to the Future Pay website to set up an account and get approval. To apply, you only need to enter your name, birthdate, address and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, along with a contact email address. Subject to credit approval, this process takes only seconds after which you can complete your purchase.

Will I receive my items right away? Yes! That is the beauty of using FuturePay. They handle the payment in full with us and then you make your monthly payments to them. Allowing you to receive your items right away!

Why use LuxeLayaway? Our LuxeLayaway program is for those customers looking to purchase our premium priced items, or looking to purchase several items from a new release. Our LuxeLayaway programs works like a traditional layaway program in that it allows you to reserve all your desired pieces at once, and make easy payments that fit with your needs. Please note that LuxeLayaway orders are only eligible for purchases of $150 or more.
How do I use LuxeLayaway? Simply add your desired items to your cart as you would any other normal purchase. Once your cart totals $150 or more you may use code LUXELAYAWAY at checkout and your order will be reduced to reflect the 20% non-refundable deposit. Complete your checkout as usual. We will then be notified of your LuxeLayaway order. Your chosen items will be held for you and we will contact you to set up your payment plan.
What are the terms for repayment? LuxeLayaway payments are easy!! Upon completing your LuxeLayaway purchase, we will follow up via email within 2-5 business days to set up your payment plan. Orders valued $150 - $299 must be paid off within 6 weeks. Orders valued at $300 or more can be paid off in up to 8 weeks. You will receive a link to checkout for each payment, as agreed upon by you following your initial deposit, and payments can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.
Will I receive my items right away? No. You will receive your items once all payments have been made according to your LuxeLayaway agreement, and your items are paid in full. To receive your items right away please look into our FuturePay option.
I'm an international customer. Is LuxeLayaway available to me? Yes! Our LuxeLayaway program is a great way for ALL of our customers to get their most desired items. Simply use our LUXELAYAWAY code at checkout and complete your checkout as usual. Also, please remember to select the international shipping option.
What if I need to cancel my order? Our customers reserve the right to cancel their LuxeLayaway orders or items at any point. If you choose to cancel only specific items from your LuxeLayaway order, your 20% deposit for cancelled items will be subtracted and any additional payments made towards that item will be applied to your other items still on layaway. If you choose to cancel the entire order, we will retain your initial 20% deposit and any additional payments made will be given as an in-store credit to be used on any of our other in stock items. You can change items on your LuxeLayaway order to other items without penalty as long as the order total still remains within our $150 minimum.
Why was my order cancelled without my request? Your LuxeLayaway order can and will be cancelled for 2 reasons.
1. If we are not able to reach you and set up your Payment Plan within two weeks of your original LuxeLayaway deposit, your order will be cancelled and your initial 20% deposit will be issued as a store credit.
2. If we are not able to collect a payment within 5 business days from your scheduled plan, and no communication is received, your LuxeLayaway order will be cancelled. Your initial 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeit, and any remaining payments will be issued as a store credit.
Additional terms and conditions
1. LuxeLayaway orders will not work with any other discount codes.
2. LuxeLayaway orders are not subject to price adjustments. We will not change the prices if your items fall on sale while they are on layaway.
3. LuxeLayaway purchases are eligible for a return of store credit or exchange only if returned within 14 days of the date of delivery to you, and with prior approval via email. Please see our return policy for additional information.
